We run President’s Club weeks in private villas in the Dominican Republic. One property, one group, the whole week. The villa is yours: the bedrooms, the pool, the staff, the kitchen and the gate. Nobody else checks in.
We work directly with the villas and the people who run them. You sign one contract with us, and we answer for everything in it.
Our team is on the ground from the first transfer to the last. Not a concierge desk, not a hotline: people who have run this week before, in these houses, standing in the driveway when the cars arrive.
When the week needs a stage, we build it. Award nights, sales kickoffs and leadership offsites are produced in the villa or a venue nearby, with sound, light, a run of show, and someone calling it.
How it works

You send the brief.
Headcount, target month, budget range, and what the week needs to do. A page is enough. We come back within a week with two or three properties that fit and a first outline of the schedule.

You see the property live.
A virtual site inspection: we walk you through the villa room by room, and the road in from the airport, with the people who will run your week. Most decisions get made on that call.

We run the week.
From the first airport transfer to the last, our team is on the property. You host. We handle everything you would otherwise be handling.
What’s handled
The villa for the full week, exclusively. Villa staff: a house manager, housekeeping, and a butler where the house has one. A private chef and kitchen team for every night you want them. Breakfast, lunch and provisioning. Ground transport: airport transfers both ways, and vehicles on the property with drivers.
The catamaran day. Our team on the ground from arrival to departure. A producer for the award night. Reservations and payment for any dinners off the property. Insurance documentation for your finance team. A single invoice.
Payment is 30% at signature, with 40% and 30% on milestones before departure. A February or March trip places the second milestone inside the current fiscal year.
